"I have been staying here for many years. The receptionist on check out was extremely rude and abrupt when I queried a charge. she mentioned I booked through a third party and not directly the hotel.I pointed out that I have stayed many times in the hotel over 15 years but she didn’t want to know about it and no consideration for a long term customer. The hotel itself is lovely and ideally located with comfortable rooms and good leisure facilities but the front of house reception member let it down in my opinion."
