Reception and restaurant staff really friendly and polite , sadly this is not the same for the bar staff ! Very rude , as hotels.com member we were given a voucher at reception for a complimentary drink , when I handed this to him , he looked down his nose at me and made me feel quite awkward! Location of hotel is fab - very convenient for the airport shuttle bus too . "
