This hotel is a bit dated inside and apart from being near the train station, it isnt in a great area. We didnt feel very comfortable walking back at night. The lobby and restaurant have a classic hotel feel to them which was nice with the piano bar but the rooms are quite dated and didnt have a coffee pot or kettle. We had a wall full of blinds but our window was only about a foot big so not much of a view. Overall it was fine for the few days we were there and were close to popular parts of Munich

The room was O.K but didn’t like building. Old and smelled musty/mildew. My room aisle smelled really terrible. Also didn’t like the location, a bit too ghetto for my taste. I drove so not sure how close to downtown was but definitely not very close

Hotel had great central location to old Munich train and transport. Felt like little Middle East with all the kabob houses near and immigrants loitering around late at night drunk. Overall budget friendly. But terrible location for parking.

Just ok

This hotel has seen better days. It’s comfortable enough but in need of an update. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is split across two buildings and to get to my room I had to take the lift up the level 1, walk across the hotel and take another lift up to level 4. One morning I met a woman clearly lost and couldn’t find her way out. This may be something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Check-in was nice and easy however when checking out the receptionist was not the friendliest and I was also charged 5€ for using the gym - a fee I wasn’t told about when checking in or noted on the entrance to the gym. Because of this the other receptionists kindly removed the charge but the interaction with the other member of staff didn’t leave a great impression. The hotel is conveniently located for the main station however the area itself is a bit sketchy, especially in the evening. All in all it was ok, but just ok and I’m glad my stay was short.

The hotel itself is super nice and convenient to the main rail station, but there are some mildly noisy streets close by with some homeless and some groups of men hanging out in the street. We learnt to avoid them

Overall room was clean, however there was a lot of dust under the bed. The man on reception, when we arrived, had a bad attitude. He asked us to complete a form and then walked off and left us to complete it. He didn't tell us anything about the hotel e.g. breakfast times, where the pool or gym is etc. You also only receive one bottle of water on arrival rather than receiving a bottle of water for each day of your stay. It would have been nice if the bedrooms had tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good.
