Eucalyptus Avenue is beloved by families for its unique charm and safety.Once you stay here, it won’t just be a trip—it’ll become a tradition. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space on Eucalyptus, the only gated walk only (no cars allowed) street. Kids can play while you open the spacious cantina doors and watch from a comfortable vantage point. Beach, park, golf, groceries, shopping, and dining are all within a 0.25-mile radius.

The Space:
The home has three bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The primary room is oversized with cantina doors. The kids room has four extra long (twin XL) bunk beds, and the lower level bedroom has a private entrance and an attached bathroom. This is perfect for the parents, or to share the home with another couple.

Guest Access:
Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets of any kind due to severe allergies.

The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.

Getaway with Family and Friends

We planned a Catalina getaway with two other families that we have know since our kids were little ones. They stayed on their boats and we rented the Sandbox. We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The deck on the roof was a beautiful view of Catalina and the ocean. We also enjoyed the street has no car access. Perfect neighborhood.

Cute, clean place in convenient location

The house was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults / 3 kids.) Very clean with nice minimalist decor, and multiple smart TVs. Appreciated the convenient location near Vons for groceries, and the playground for the kids. One drawback is that there's no dining room/table. We would have spent more time eating outdoors on the upper deck if it was easier to get up there (narrow windy outdoor staircase). Overall though it was great, and we had a wonderful stay! Property owner was very responsive and helpful!

wonderful experience

The home is beautifully designed and well equipped. we enjoyed nightly bbq's on the roof deck. great beds and bathrooms. And the location couldn't be better, easy walk to town. We will definitely come back.
