Breakfast was spotty but the service was great, unobtrusive. Location was a bit of a hike to the hill but quietly away from the esplanade. Nice patio on the third floor to take in the view.

Our stay was lovely. Great location with a great veiw as well. Only thing is the room next to us was very loud at about 9:30pm and when we called the front desk no one answered when we were told the front desk closes at 10pm. Minor inconvenience but a lovely time otherwise.

Staff was very nice, but we had to interact with them too much. Quite a few things broke during our stay. In addition, there is a big window between the bedroom and the bathroom in the junior suite. Everytime you go into the bathroom, the light auto turns on and makes the whole bedroom bright. The bathroom also has a pocket door with a big gap and no fan. Also, lots of stairs. The AC works great though.
