There was no scenic view and there was no bar. Checked our bags in early and were told when we came back at 4pm, room would be ready and it wasn’t. We waited another 30 minutes. The room had a damp smell to it. Walls had cracks in them, there was water damage, carpet was ripped, bathroom floor was damaged, baseboards were damaged, furniture was damaged, we had no hot water on Saturday morning, cobwebs in the window sill, went to use the coffee maker and there was a used pod in the machine from who knows when. Disgusting! My wife and I were afraid to set our luggage down let alone sit down on any of the furniture. The pictures on the website do not match what we were expecting.

I wasn’t satisfy with my stay, building is very outdated, furniture is old, AC made noise thru out the night, elevator didn’t work so I had to walk up 4 stories up to my room.

The staff were great, the room view was amazing and the size of the suite for the price was more than fair. The room was pretty beat up but our understanding is that there are plans to do some renovations which would be a smart investment. We'll return as soon as possible. The property was too old, smell, furnitures, kitchen and even electricity outlet were not working properly! Booking ocean view but get partial view only, first day no hot water until the next day so lucky the boiler has fixed. Tried to cancel 2nd days but no staff can resolve the problem. The property is really in need to upgrade even cleaning!

The balcony is dangerous and a huge liability. It is falling apart literally. The room itself was OK but the carpet is in immediate need of replacement. Wifi is a hit and miss and undependable.
