"We booked this trip as a little staycation—our first getaway since welcoming our son into the world six months ago. With Grandma and Grandpa kindly babysitting, we were excited for some much-needed time to ourselves, though a bit anxious about leaving our baby for the first time. That anxiety melted away the moment we arrived at the front desk. Chris greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to ask about our stay and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. From check-in to giving clear directions to our room, everything was smooth and easy. What really stood out was that he remembered us by name the next time we passed through the lobby. There are hundreds of hotels in Orlando but I will be returning just because of the wonderful hospitality Chris showed us. Thank you Chris!! p.s The food was amazing as well. We ordered lunch at the pool and room service. 10/10 service and quality"

"The only downside to the stay was the sneaky way they get you to sign up for the "presentation " somewhat of a timeshare spill. I would have gladly attended however I have no interest in a time share. They reel you in with a $150 credit but it can only be used for activities purchased at the customer's service desk, cannot be applied to your room bill or anything on the reseort so be mindful of that. Otherwise great loacation and very lovely resort, clean room which comes fully loaded with stove, washer, dryer, fridge etc. Makes for a very comfortable self sufficient vacation. Ample parking and close to everything you might want to do in Orlando shy of the beach which is about 1hr drive away. "
