The room was a motel not a hotel which was presented and advertised. I was kind of caught off guard approaching the neighborhood as I watched it declined the closer I got. The fridge in my room did not work. The coffee machine in my room did not work. They provided two bottles of water that is it no refills. This “hotel” offered no housekeeping, or someone to bring new towels etc upon going to the front desk to ask why housekeeping didn’t come to bring any towels I was informed that you have to put a request 24 hours ahead of time for your room to be cleaned and then you’re also charge for that. I have never heard of that and I have stayed at nice hotels in my lifetime. This motel wouldn’t even be worth a cleaning fee so I was absolutely appalled with that. Then we wanted to extend our checkout time which we were told would be $60. Front decks charged us $100 could not inform us why we were charged $100 and just told us we had to wait for the money to go back to the cardwhich by the way still has not happened.. Also, I was followed around by the maintenance man from the moment I checked into the hotel, he kept asking if I’m smoking as if I am a child. I ended up having to report him to the manager, which I will say they handled well as he was overstepping his job description for one and harassing guest. Very nice pool tho ! my son enjoyed that part. must say it was beautiful. The water is heated. Other than the pool, I would not recommend
