Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. It could use more seating, and the towels were brand-new, so they reeked of chemicals and shed a ton. The neighbors are also incredible loud and prolific weed smokers. Not a big deal, though.
Check-in was annoying. We got the code to the apartment door, but had to message the host to get the code to get into the actual building. Responses took hours to get.
We also had to message the host to ask about accessing the pool/hot tub. Hours later we received a code, but they neglected to mention that the pool and hot tub were not onsite at all, but several blocks away! This was a big deal for us; we messaged the host before booking to confirm there was a hot tub at the property. We would have chosen a different place if we’d known the hot tub would be off property.
The apartment was literally on top of the David Yurman store, so proximity to The Domain was exactly as promised, but we won’t rebook this property. If slow communication and and off-property pool and hot tub aren’t a big deal for you, go for it!
