I booked a night at the Fairmont for my 21st birthday and checked in with Yusuf at the front desk. After showing him my id for the booking, he immediately congratulated and even embraced me with a handshake. Truly a genuine individual. After walking me through the check in process and issuing my room keys, Yusuf recommended a few local bars and made great conversation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Fairmont as the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

It’s a luxury hotel… where you have to pay for WiFi. If you give feedback saying that you don’t appreciate this, you get a text from a staff member berating you. Unbelievable.

Clean, felt upscale but still had amenities like in room coffee. They delivered a mini fridge to the room. Spa was excellent and worth the higher price than day spas for the full day use of the facilities. We would return.
