Such a great place to stay. We have been to Austin 5 times and always stay here.. Rainey St. walkable good food and drinks. A short uber ride downtown. Staff is great, rooms are amazing. Wouldn't stay anywhere else..

Bed was very uncomfortable. Party noise every night. Light bulb burned out. No way to keep the bathroom light from automatically turning on at night. Closet configuration doesn’t allow room to hang clothes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was great!

We finished up a long weekend stay here and had such a great time! The staff were all very kind, Oscar helped us at the front desk with check in and he was so kind and helpful. The area the hotel is in is very walkable and convenient. Overall we will absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

We didn't sleep at all; they assigned us a room right in front of a construction site, and the person who checked us in gave us terrible service. However, I must admit that the girl who checked us out was very sweet and kind.
