Lots of people hanging out in front of the hotel. It’s dark and not a lot of light in the parking lot. The washing machine is broken. Spots on the wall of the room. This is a poor experience.

The front desk attendant was very informative and helpful. Members of the housekeeping staff were friendly and when ever I passed by they spoke greetings. The hotel was clean and fresh. It is an older hotel and in some areas was showing its age. It is still a good little hotel for a stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. Fortunately it did not have a lot of gluten free options. Wish more hotels had that option. Love the smell of Fabolousa!

Rooms were clean and friendly front office staff. The shuttle driver to the airport was lazy and not helpful. He did not help with large bags instead sat and watched us struggle to get them up the steps when he could have opened up the back. Told him we needed dropped off on the north side and dropped us at south..said we could walk!

I liked almost everything. It is a very common sense approach of providing what people want at a good value. I liked the practical furnishings especially. There was not much I didn't like. Shay, who was the day time desk clerk was a joy and helped us tremendously.

Was waiting in the pickup area for 2 hours while its was 96F outside . The driver comes by and he doesn’t even look for us . The sign in the car is small if you don’t pay attention you won’t see it . I keep calling the front desk and every time he said the driver will be there in 20 minutes and it took 2 hours to come to the hotel The hallway carpet so dirty and so old and ugly . If something happen no supervisor is around until next day in the morning the management need to step up and get thier stuff together

Waited two hours after arriving at 3:20 to get checked in because rooms weren’t ready.Then was told that a night would be comped and our room would be upgraded but got same room we booked and was charged same amount then room wasn’t even clean when we walked on the floor in new white socks they turned brown and dirty

There was a club on site that had music playing until 2am and it was very loud. When we arrived the remote for the TV did not work and it took over 30 min before we went down to the desk to find out what to do.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Customer service was awesome! They are so welcoming. Also on Friday nights they do Karaoke. They have a pool and restaurant on site. Perfect weekend getaway. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

You literally have to be six feet tall in order to turn on the air condition or get on a chair. Very inconvenient for an older person. There were several non-working items as the phone, only half of light turned on iver the table, the TV was a Roku TV (great right) even when you logged in none of the shows would play and TV would turn off.
