I arrived late after my son's tournament and was exhausted. I asked for a playpen or crib for my baby and was told that it was a fire hazard. I was not offered the option for switching to another room, only a blanket and pillow to the way the baby in in the floor. When I got to the room it smelled like smoke and had holes in the floor.

The stay was pleasant, as always. Two extremely minor dislike, the turntable in the microwave did not turn and the freezer shelf in the mini-fridge was missing. Breakfast was excellent, as always and staff was friendly, A+ place to stay. :-)

Other guests should be quieter after midnight. Hotels should be for sleep not party. Needs better soundproof from highway noise, especially more so in cold weather. The chemicals smell is strong when you first enter a room.
