Peaceful retreat

The property was beautiful and peaceful! The garden was a nice place to relax and enjoy. The property was safe, clean, and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this property as a launching place for exploring Alaska!

Not a place I would ever stay again. The apartment itself was OK, nice bed and very comfortable, nice bathroom. But it was in a basement, down a long flight of stairs, with black painted concrete floors, and there was only one unusable window in the entire apartment, there also was not a secondary exit. It was a very dark lower level apartment.There are also a lot of rules about this apartment, no children are allowed at all and no other adults are allowed at all on the property during your stay. You also have to use a lockbox to open the gate, go in, lock the gate behind you and return key to the lockbox, even when you are going in and out to get unloaded and that was very inconvenient. The worst part was the hosts, the people were not nice, in fact, downright hostile, belittling me after any question or comment. I wasn’t happy with the apartment when I got there and did let them know that and maybe that’s why they were being mean to me.
