Staff was nice. Loved that we were able to park when we got there at 10 am. Take the shuttle to Disneyland, saved us $40 for parking. That was nice! We were able to check in late at night. Continental breakfast was ok if you need to grab something quick. They could improve on cleanliness of the room. There was goldfish and candy on the floor. Marks all over doors and light switches. Heard what sounded like water dripping but louder all night. My husband said it was probably pipes contracting. There was an Ant and fly hanging out in the bathroom. I chose this location due to location and cost. Works if you need a quick, budget friendly hotel for your Disney trip. I thought it’d be a little better due to other reviews I had read. I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer in the future.

Breakfast was good and lady running it was great. She keeps the area clean and well stocked. It isn't fancy, but plenty to fill you up. They have a shuttle van to Disneyland and back that runs in the mornings and evenings. If there isn't enough room for everyone, they will come back and get you right away. The staff was friendly and very helpful, except for the gentleman who checked us in. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. They were musty smelling. There was a dripping sound in one of the walls which could explain the smell. We brought an air filter which helped a lot. One of the main reasons we chose them was because of the availability of adjoining rooms with a common door. We made our reservations more than 3 months ahead of time and contacted them 4 times in the mean time to confirm adjoining rooms. When arriving, the best they could do is 2 rooms next to each other. No apology. No offer to give us adjacent rooms the other days of our stay. No offer to compensate us for the error. Very disappointing.

Room 226: Black hair in sink and shower upon arrival. Air conditioning didn’t work. Room 225: Ants in bathroom - reported of a morning, nothing done, reported in evening and man came to spray. Didn’t want to remain in same room with ant spray, desk clerk was annoyed with us asking to change rooms. Van driver was nice.

The rooms were clean and the property seemed quiet. The lack of staff on property was concerning, if anything ever got out of hand, I'm not sure if they would have been able to handle it. The breakfast was less than basic - limited choices and felt like they were cutting corners in order to maximize profit. The staff seemed extremely disenganged, in stark contrast to the other hotels down the street who have seemed to master hospitality. The onsite laundry was not functioning and so we had to take our things down the street a half mile to a sketchy laundromat. All that being said, the location is good - still within a reasonable walk and not mixed in with the other hotels. Starbucks and other fast food within steps of the hotel made it very convenient. If this hotel could find ways to add more value and less obvious corner-cutting, including more helpful staff and better towels and longer shower curtains (they were too short and allowed water to run onto the floor), this place has real potential to be a Good Neighbor establishment (it isn't one at the moment).

Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds, shower presure was great, bathroom tap was not great pressure. Pool was nice and clean. House keeping was great. Breakfast was nice, but could have a bit more variety. Ladies making the waffels were lovely. Shuttle to Disney parks need to leave every half hour, instead of every hour. Close to parks and food options. Would stay again. Would stay again.

All we did staying here was just sleep really. The breakfast was good but I felt like there could be more options. They do have a little store front in the lobby incase you just need a snack or a pick me up or if you forgot something instead of running to target or Walmart. They have a shuttle takes you and picks you up from Disney. That really does help. You can see the fireworks on the weekend from the parking lot. I wish there was a little bit more towels in the room. Sometimes it can be loud but it’s wasn’t terrible. I would stay there again for the price. Other than that it was a good time

Horrible Experience – Would Not Recommend On the first night of our stay, I went to the front desk to request two extra pillows. The receptionist, “Paul,” told me there would be a charge. When I asked how much, he suddenly accused us of having six people in our room (which was not true) and started yelling at me. I assumed there were cameras and decided to speak with a manager the next morning. The next morning, another receptionist told us we had to vacate the property because Paul had written a false report that we had six people in the room. In reality, we were three adults with two children (ages 12 and 3). Imagine being told this while getting ready to take your kids to Disney. Instead of a vacation, we were met with stress and arguments. We tried contacting management, but the office phone just rang, and staff laughed at us. We also discovered two other families were having the same issue. This was an absolutely horrible experience. If you plan to stay here, be prepared for unfair treatment and unprofessional staff.

I stayed here from September 9th- September 12th, and all I can say is I would 100% stay here again! From location to their amenities and prices this is definitely a hidden gem for Disney Hotels!
