Excellent hotel, with very helpful and attentive staff, spotless rooms, great amenities (the pool and relaxation area were very welcome in the heatwave during my stay), and a free shuttle service. I'll be staying here again.

Overnight stay

It is a nice hotel, but due to roadworks the shuttle was not on time at the airport and ride took 45 min instead of 12 minutes. Check-in took a while. Rooms are very nice. Pool is Ok, but opened 7am to 10pm not 6am to 11pm as was online info. I am still awaiting for receipt for city tax to be emailed to me as promised.

Disappointing!!

The shuttle was completely stuffed and we had to stand with our bags at our feet. The driver took curves too fast, stomped on the brakes and generally endangered us all. The elevator was out on a weekend and so we had to use the service elevator and the staff had to swipe us in which would have been ok but they were short staffed. We had to change rooms because the TV didn’t work and that was a pain because of the elevator not working. The food in the restaurant was pretty horrid. A completely failure as an airport hotel and they need to do better.

Great airport stay! Shuttle to airport and transportation hub was really convenient. Very nicely situated hotel with plenty of amenities for a short stay.
