3 star hotel with 5 star service, the staff made you feel special and always went beyond their normal duty to help in any way. They help us with a taxi service to and from the airport which was a good price. They kept our luggage safe as we had an evening flight. they were always happy and greeted you with a smile. The hotel is located in a great area for walking to all the sites or the tram but a bit away from the chaos of the city center. It’s an older building with lots of charm and the staff is always willing to help. Family of 4 adults fit in a cozy room with 4 beds. Fresh coffee and tea always available downstairs. Lovely stay!
