Had I known this property was going under a remodel that looked like a construction zone I wouldn't have stayed here. The price was right, but the room and property reflected the price. Supposed to have been a non-smoking room, but smelled heavily of prior smoke. Carpet was very stained, and what I would describe as nasty. The entry door for guests to enter in parking area didn't work properly. After one failed attempt I went to front desk to complain I couldn't get in. Front desk clerk tried to explain the trick to getting in. After 2nd attempt with no luck I got him to come and show me how to get in. Took him 3-4 attempts before door would light up for door to operate. Noticed there was a good sized rock by door. Every time I needed something out of my vehicle the rock was utilized to make sure I wasn't locked out. I agree. This property needs an update. Expected more out of a Wyndham property.

Well the place is under construction, the room smelled like stale cigarettes, the tv didn’t work nobody at front desk nor did they answer the phone. The blanket felt like plastic. Besides that it was great!!

When we checked in we were given card keys that did not open the outer doors nor the room door. The employee used her key to open the doors. She did not reprogram our keys. She said they would work now. Later that evening we took our dogs for a walk. When we came back we had the same problem. My husband went to the front desk and found a note saying be back in 15 minutes. We were locked out again. The night employee returned, reprogramed the keys and they worked. However, we decided to leave the room and outside doors ajar after talking to another customer who said he had trouble with his keys also. The whole motel looked to need care. Garbage cans outside were overflowing. The toilet in our room made noises when the sink water was turned on. The freezer in the refrigerator did not work. It was not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are very dated. appeared to be making renovations on 3rd floor. there was baby cockroaches running around the bathroom while mama roach was in the main room. i informed the front desk which told me they would have an employee go down with a spray.
