The rooms are nice but the tile floor makes them very noisy and cold on the feet. There is NO COFFEE. ANYWHERE! Not even in the lobby, so if you are an early riser you are OUT OF LUCK! Valet parking - this is a total joke! We paid for valet parking because we were told that if we didn't we would most likely get blocked in on Friday night because of the Saturday morning farmers market that occurs outside the hotel. WE HAD TO PARK OUR OWN CAR in the overflow secured lot and then WALK back to the hotel but we still got charged the full valet amount of $25.00 before tax. The ACTUAL valet parking lot is maybe 10 yards form the hotel door. $25 IS A RIP OFF. BUT if you are dining at the hotel it is only $10? Valet parking at it's worst. We then texted for our car on the day of departure and had to wait 15 minutes because there was "an issue". However, everyone was very nice. The BEST thing about the hotel is DANNY the assistant manager. We stayed on a Wednesday night and had booked for the Friday and Saturday as well. If it hadn't been for Danny we would have cancelled the Friday and Saturday. He truly goes above and beyond and is genuine with it. You have a 5 STAR employee in a 3 Star hotel.... as a hotel you are failing him. So: MAKE COFFEE AVAILABLE - no one wants to drive to Starbucks in a shady area early morning. Especially when parking is awful and valet is worse! VALET PARKING - TOO EXPENSIVE and we had to self park and still got charged. NOT ACCEPTABLE. CLONE DANNY

The staff were welcoming, friendly and happy. It’s a good sign when people really like their job and place of work. Breakfast was delicious, one of the best on my holiday. Great renovation and face lift on this facility. Would definitely come again.!

My stay was ok, the hotel is in a busy street if you dont pay 25 dollars per day for valet parking the only option is to find street parking if your lucky to find any.

They did not disclose that they had only valet parking for $25 per night or else you had to park out on the street. The neighborhood is not really safe for a single woman coming back after dark to park on the street. Hotel should be clear about parking arrangements before guests make a reservation

LOVE IT HERE

We only stayed overnight for a road trip stop and it was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel was so cute and aesthetic. But the service we received was the best part. We checked in in the evening on 2/19 and Sariah at the front desk was a literal angel. As well as the 2 guys working Valet. It was Jeff and one other person. The hotel security guard who was from Dallas was also so great. This is the 3rd Pali Property I’ve stayed at and I will always continue with this company because of the service and standard they consistently meet. 12/10 every time

My husband and I stayed at Arrive in Albuquerque for one night on our way to Utah, and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel has a fresh, modern feel with a touch of nostalgic charm. Our room was thoughtfully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Unlike some renovated motor inns that can feel cramped, this one felt open and welcoming. The on-site bar and restaurant were excellent—great food, drinks, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. We'd definitely stay again!

This place had exceeded my expectations. Let me start with Andre welcoming us with a smile! The place was beautiful and the room was very clean. Upon check out, the valet service on 4/15/25 (I’m sorry I didn’t get the names) but they were beyond helpful from opening doors to getting ice in our cooler and even offering to help organized our luggages in our car!!! DEFINITELY will be coming back! Thank you for spoiling us and giving us OUTSTANDING VIP experience!!
