Lovely property, difficult check in

The condo was very basic and could have used a bit more cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen - we rewashed every dish and utensil before using. Unfortunately we did not receive the QR code with the check in email so it created some stress and panic when we arrived and security would not let us in. There was no follow up from Samson Waters to ensure we got in safely. The view from the condo was incredible and the pools at the property were gorgeous.
