The room was spotless, quiet and loved the huge windows. The front desk gave me an umbrella for my stay which turned out to be super helpful as I was planning to walk over a conference each day and it was drizzling. Would have been helpful to have lunch available for delivery.

Nobu Hotel Palo Alto
This was my second stay. The rooms are beautiful, the lighting is perfect, as are the amenities. Bed very comfy. The robes are wonderful. The service was just okay. Two room service orders took well over an hour to arrive (and if that's the case, fine, but don't say it will be up within 35-45 minutes) ...

The unit was extremely clean and having access to a garage was definitely a plus for our stay! Nice touches, especially coffee / tea , snacks, and a well equipped kitchen made us feel welcomed the minute we stepped through the door. A+
