Definitely would Stay Again

We had an phenomenal stay at the Rosewood. The staff was professional but still friendly, the rooms had sophistication that was still functional, and the food, especially the beignets and oysters, were excellent. I have traveled and stayed in hotels throughout the world, and this is one of my top five picks.

B+ Resort

We visited the resort on the 3rd day it was offically opened. We are very impressed with the amenities in the room. The roome is quite spacious and nice decorated -- very elegant and up-to-date. However, the security safe was not working (battery was not installed), and wrong news paper was delivered the next morning (we asked for Financial Times, but San Fransico Chronicle was sent). The breakfast at Madera was pricy. Food quality was good, but waiter forgot to bring me the pastries that was suposed to come with my order. Check-out was problematic too, they did not hornored the promotion rate which I secured on Rosewood's website, and they did not take the credit card I put on file, either. We had to spent over 20 min. for the check-out counter to fixed the two errors. I hope the service and computer systsem will improved over time. I don?t regret staying there, but would not go back given all the other phenomenal choices (including Four Seasons) in Palo Alto.
