"I needed a bedside electrical outlet to operate my CPAP machine but neither existing outlet worked. Maintenance was called who showed me how to plug the CPAP into an extension cord accessible behind the bedside table. The toilet was extremely noisy while filling up. The bathroom door “rattled aloud” when closing. I couldn’t get the security device to properly operate that was meant to prevent the room’s entrance door to the hallway from opening more than an inch or so (however the doorknob lock did work properly). The mattress was very comfortable but there was no “edge support” meant to identify the bed’s edge helping to prevent rolling off the bed. At check-in I was told no soap was made available in the room without requesting it during the check-in procedure."
