Staff, I was charged $161 for NO reason at all, just money taken from my account, I guess, just because I showed up for my reservation. Was told it would go back to my account, haven't received my money back yet, and I want my money. I had a reservation for 5 days, only stayed 1 day, was promised a refund for the 4 days I didn't stay, in all, im owed $401 but haven't received my money back as of yet. I have receipts to show. This was very poor customer service, staff is completely unprofessional. I don't usually do reviews, but I had to, my Thanksgiving weekend was busted bad due to my run in with staff at this hotel. Don't get me wrong, cause I'm a African American black man. But my kind, working as staff at that front desk, give customer service a black eye. As I was asking questions about my money, I was told by Tiffany, I think was her name, that I act as if I never checked in a hotel. Say some like that to me, cause she deducted money from my account FOR NO REASON, when I had a reservation that she didn't acknowledge at that time. Then telling me my money will be fully refunded, as it should be, but I have yet to receive my money back. I wonder, if I was Caucasian, what I have gone through this, would she had said to a Caucasian, they act like they haven't checked in a hotel before. For the record, yes I have, so many times I can't count. But, I NEVER HAD MY MONEY TAKEN TWICE FOR THE SAME PRICE, FOR NO REASON. I need my money back ASAP !

The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel had electrical issues so my key wasn't working for one of my rooms. My son had to go purchase another hotel because he came in at 5:30am and there wasn’t anyone available to help him get into his room because the key didn’t work. Very horrible experience.

Staff was great however we were given the wrong room. A room someone was in. When we were assigned a new room there were no towels or soap in the room. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Just a hassle after a long exhausting day.

I waited 1 hour to check in as the woman working had to go to another property to fix something. She was wonderful. I got my room and it was not made up. I had to go back and get another room. The internet didn't work on my phone or laptop.
