"Our favorite place to stay! Miss Donna and her crew are amazing! We love and appreciate them so much! We were an hour away from getting to the hotel when Expedia called to tell me that they could not honor our reservation. I called the hotel, knowing I had booked months ago and they confirmed that everything was good with our reservation. After Expedia calling me and the hotel ladies and giving all of us a fit, we got to the hotel and they were waiting for us! They upgraded our room and spoiled us with goodies! I obviously will call the hotel directly next time I book our trip! And we just happened to check in on the day that they have their weekly social, dinner and drinks. Fabulous food and great company! We cannot thank everyone enough for their hospitality! We hated to leave! This is an annual trip for us so of course we’re already planning for next year’s stay! If there was an option to give 1000 stars, we would!!! "

"Carpet need to be removed and add wood flooring. It harbors germs and odors. Tub need to be repaired laced with wall in showers and not painted over. Replace the cookware and microwave. It was rusty. Increase your television size. "

"The outside area of the hotel was clean. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. They offered different food options. The complaint I have is the very first night of my stay, I woke up around 11:45 p.m. to my ceiling pouring water from the shower above my room. The staff ran in grabbing towels and had to move me to another room. The new room they moved me to looked as if that ceiling had previously experienced water damage as well. Luckily, I didn’t have any issues out of the new room. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Nobody wants to be awakened to water running from the ceiling. After speaking to the staff, it didn’t seem as if they cared. I will not book here again!!!"
