"When we arrived, there had been a plumbing problem and the lobby was flooded. We had to change rooms because I had booked two beds in the room and there was only one in the first room we were given. There were three of us traveling. Then the door handle to the bathroom was broken off. The shower ..."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Downtown Albany New York

Travelocity Verified Review
"Room was big and clean. Shower was hot and very good pressure. Other than that....I guess the location was the key feature. Asked twice for a light bulb for bedside lamp but didn't happen. Breakfast was meh but coffee was good, cleaning staff were nice. Parking was included so good overall but not great. Easy walk to state capitol and museum which were both free and top notch. Downtown Albany has suffered, lots of empty storefronts."
