The door of the closet fell off. Luckily we were not injured. But it was a heavy door and very scary. Towels were paper thin. Bathroom dirty. Staff was disengaged.

Check in was prompt but the staff member hardly said 3 words to us the whole time (gave no info about the room, or amenities, surrounding area, etc.). Bed was moderately comfortable, bathroom was severely lacking: took 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough to take a shower, grout looked dirty/orange and poorly done. Water pressure in the shower was almost non existent.

The room was a great size, but very dark, even with all the lamps and curtains open it was still very dark. Shower had a lot of mildew staining and there was no rack to hang the hand towel. We reserved two rooms and the other room had a stain on the sheets and the toilet seat was not attached securely to the toilet. The staff did come and change the sheets when notified and were very nice.

All wonderful. Beautiful Hotel walking distance to Delmonico’s and Chili’s. Only issue was warm water not hot in the shower. That would need to be corrected for further stays.
