Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa
"We recently stayed at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa, and while we had a memorable family vacation, there were a few areas that could use improvement. 🌴 The Highlights: Fantastic Pools: The multiple pools were a massive hit with my son, who absolutely loved the waterslides. It kept him entertained for hours. Excellent Massages: A few of us booked massages during our stay, and the spa experience was fantastic and highly recommended. Great Perks: The golf carts constantly moving across the property were incredibly helpful for getting around. Also, the New Zealand ice cream spot on-site was perfect for a daily treat! ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: Slow Check-In: The check-in process was quite slow, and our rooms weren't ready at the promised 3:00 PM time, which isn't ideal after a long day of travel. Dated Amenities & Tech: For a higher-end, expensive resort, I expected more modern amenities. The property could definitely use some upgrades. In particular, the Wi-Fi and internet connectivity need a major boost if you plan to get any work done. Dining Variety: While the food we had was good, having more diverse food options and restaurant choices right on the premises would be a huge plus. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with wonderful features for kids,"
