Staff make the best experience.

Hotel prices are way overpriced. Food and drinks are very expensive. It's the people who work there is who makes this resort the best experience. Jess, Julian, Ulai, Joji, Sia to name a few that made our vacation wonderful.

Even though the property was lovely and big, you never got the feeling of being overcrowded. The only thing that we found was lacking was the transport desk as we booked a taxi the night before departure for 7am and it did not get there until 7.30am

Everything was impeccably clean. Gardens were always maintained, pool was immaculate and the rooms were always fresh and serviced. We stayed here during the off season (late August) so it wasn't very busy which was so nice. Always a lounge available near the pools, never a long wait for food or cocktails. Staff were so friendly and always accommodating. They went out of their way to give you the best experience. Such an amazing place, I'll definitely be back.

The crowne plaza nadi bay fiji is very nice resort the staff were all friendly our room was amazing and the pools were next level.The restaurants were great but the Italian restaurant was our favourite and the buffet breakfast was fantastic thanks for a fantastic 6 nights would definitely stay and recommend here again.

I made a booking for this property months ago for August for 2 nights. The day I arrived to check-in, they told me my room type was under construction and they had no room for me. They had moved my accomodation to a completely different hotel 20 minutes away and never attempted to inform me in advance. The other hotel was a lesser hotel and they still charged me the full rate as if I was staying at the nicer hotel that I had booked. I was traveling with children and was offered no real compensation for this disaster. We specifically booked this hotel for its location and amenities. Terrible customer service, totally unacceptable for a Crowne plaza property.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were extremely helpful, and the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible. The only downside was that the onsite restaurant didn’t offer many food options, but overall, this has been the best resort I’ve stayed at so far.

Lovely property that was ideal for a pre-cruise stay for a couple of days before our cruise. Very convenient and not too far away from our port. Enjoyed the pools and on site restaurants. Staff was always very happy and in a good mood along with being accommodating and helping with any issue. Would recommend to other fellow travelers.

The staff are fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely facilities, staff are so helpful and friendly. Highlight is the urban sugar beach club - absolute favourite food place, vibes and staff really made it a great stay

The Resort is TOP. The service is TOP. The staff is amazing. Very clean, breakfast was top. Room service was excellent. The restaurants was A+ all 3 restaurants in the resort

We had a fabulous five night stay here. The weather was great, the pools were excellent for the grand children, the beach was nice and warm. Huge range of food available at breakfast, comfy bed, friendly staff, a few local shops within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable time

Many restaurants, bars, in- house activities and swimming pools to choose from. Very comfortable and large beds. Great internet access throughout the Hotel complex. Easy to get around with taxi's organised at the foyer. The friendliest and accomodating staff were exceptional. BULA !!!!

Great resort - best tip is to take all inclusive package as individual food and drink prices are expensive
