The staff was the best part of my visit. Casa helped me during a panic situation and saw to it that I was alright. She checked me in early to the last room she had available after I had been traveling for 3 days. She showed me where the breakfast was and helped me with my travel bag and nap sack to my room so I could sleep. I've never had kinder service in my life. I will always stay there when I'm in Fiji! Thank you, Casa and all of the staff at the Capricorn. The airport shuttle person was also extremely helpful to me at the airport as I needed wheelchair service. He saw to it that I got it! Thank you!!

Location is close to airport and shops. Transportation available easily . Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic , however, it was good to have local fruits. Room that i had been allocated was pretty run down. TV was not working . Served the purpose for a brief 1 night stop as a transit due to late arrival of international flight for myself. Not sure i would take my family for a longer stay unless rooms were upgraded. Staff were trying their best but management need to invest into getting rooms thoroughly dusted ,cleaned and updated. Another toaster at breakfast will help speed up the queue.

My sister’s flight delayed, I like the fact that even when their flight delayed the staff still at the airport waiting for their guest and it is really helpful for them as they had a lot of stuff with them and they are tired too. The hotel even prepared the deep freezer to put your frozen fish that they brought from the island. Keep up the good work and the amazing service God bless Capricorn

It was a convenient place to stay close to every thing. The staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Mr Vueti Maraiwai the hotel night man was always kind and helpful And welcoming. But there is a serious issue with the basin in room 237, coming away from the wall,and the surrounding basin top warped, with mouldy sealant at the rear of the basin, definitely needs fixing. Over all it was a restful apart from some noise from the night club on the corner of jet park.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. The pillows are gross, the towels are disgusting , we had wires sticking out of the walls and I think there must be a bar downstairs or next door as there was loud music late into the night. However- the evening staff are lovely- we arrived late had our driver was fantastic, check in lady was lovely as was the older man who took our bags up. Morning staff…. Not so much, with the receptionist quite unhelpful. My mistake was not reading all the reviews before I booked - please don’t make the same mistake. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Yes it is budget - but as a well travelled person I’ve stayed in all sorts of accomodation and this was the most disappointing. (Perhaps of their listing and photos were up to date and more honest then it wouldn’t be so bad….)
