Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The location of this hotel is excellent for exploring on foot. The rooms require a little updating, beds were firm, curtains don't block out the light (long daylight hours) and no fridges in rooms.

Fosshotel Raudara
I loved all the front desk people. I loved the breakfasts; comfortable blankets, right sized pillows, small table and round arm chair. The Wifi was very weak; my bathroom had no heater; the door of the shower room could not close tightly.

Great location close to lots of dining options and things to see. Walking distance from the beautiful church. No parking on site, but close to a paid parking lot.

We were bummed about not using the sauna. Also, the remote didn't work and no one came to fix it even after going to the desk twice.

City Center Hotel
This hotel was right in the middle of the party district. Night clubs went untill 4.30 am on Friday and Saturday nights, so no sleep on those nights. There was no mention of it on the hotel info page. If I had known I could have booked somewhere else.

Arctic Comfort Hotel
Room was really nice. Looks like they are currently remodeling and doing upgrades to the floors and stairwell. Area is very quiet. Room could be darker so if you need absolute darkness find additional means. Never had the breakfast so can't comment. Wish they had a phone for the guests to use somewhere ...
