Mattress was very worn out and our room was in the front of the building and the highway noise was really bad. The free breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast area were extremely nice and helpful and we were impressed with them.

Not a bad hotel the area around the hotel has a lot of the unhoused hanging right outside of the hotel. The hotel is close to Penn station and times square if you are going to shows on Broadway it is close too. Rooms are tight, but you don't feel unsecure in the area

Staff is extremely nice! Right in the heart of time square. There’s a Dave and busters less than a half of a block up so you can definitely stay here with family. The room is small, it worked for me and my seven year old.

"It has a great location off Times Square but it is not very well up kept. Outlets are falling off the walls, landline does not work had to use my cell phone to call front desk, TV did not work maintenance came to fix. Also no AC n it was hot when we first got here. Apparently AC only during a certain season n people who were suppose to fix the phone and adjust temp in room never came. "
