Very nice hotel, conveniently located next to Grand Central terminal. Able to hop on the subway and easily get anywhere you need to go. Staff was great, hotel was safe and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

My family (wife and two sons) and I enjoyed our stay in our VIP, 1 King bedroom suite on the 33rd floor. Great location, adjacent to the Grand Station and close to the Chrysler Building. Pros: Nice clean room, lots of space, 1& 1/2 restrooms, two mini refrigerators, nice views from our suite. Cons: The hallways were a bit hot, one of the remote controls was not working, a bit of noise coming from the master bedroom's restroom ceiling and I had to pay an extra $40 per night in order to have access to their Commodore Lounge. If a guest pays for a VIP suite, access to the lounge should be included.
