Checked into room Smelled like smoke. Hotel moved us to another room which was suitable. On the last day we were awakened to banging above us. I made the hotel aware of it three separate times but the matter was not resolved so we checked out early. No one ever responded to my concerns nor did they try to contact us about it. Great Location

Could not ask for a more conveniently located hotel. It's physically attached to Grand Central so you can walk through inner hallways to avoid weather/crows and grab breakfast, then quickly hop on a train. Plenty of good cafes and salad shops around as well. My room was not on the street side, so I heard barely any noise from the traffic.
