Hotel very convenient and nicely appointed. My room specifically had a queen bed instead of the king promised, and no overhead shower, only handheld - it was ADA compliant but i think most folks prefer both showerheads. Food in the garden cafe very expensive as is to be expected, but i was told i had a $15 credit which did not materialize on my invoice.

Everything was perfect clean and friendly staff beautiful hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. The only thing bad was that our hot water would run out after the 2nd person took a shower. And our room was reserved for 4 people.

I will start by saying that everything else about this hotel was excellent. Location was perfect for our plans in the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I booked two rooms for three people each, and chose rooms with one bed and a sofa. I assumed that the sofa was a sofa bed, or large enough to sleep on because the room was supposed to accommodate three people. The sofa was very short and narrow, not ideal for sleeping. My adult sons, one in each room, ended up sleeping on the floor. The hotel tried to accommodate us, but they had no more rooms with two beds and were also out of roll away cots. Also, minor note: the staff in the market place was very rude!

The hotel ran out of blankets, so our kids that had to sleep on rollaway beds in 2 rooms- did not have blankets. The hotel gave us towels. We were very disappointed- especially when we paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights.

The room was spotless and the staff was very nice, kind and helpful. The only thing that I would have loved is a microwave in our room to heat up our leftovers, but I was told that there are not microwaves in the rooms anymore.

Check in was awful. Ricardo, the check-in attendant was rude, dismissive and unfriendly. Hotel is in a great location. The room was very small. Not worth the insane daily rate. Weightroom was average. I would not recommend. The initial check-in really set the tone. The manager, Ashley Robledo, was too busy to assist us. Fortunately, another woman at the check-in counter helped us, which further verified that everything Ricardo told us was not company policy and he was simply looking to give us a hard time. Very poor service. Most disappointed.
