"NOT the stay i thought! We arrived at 2:50 PM. Check-in was at three. I had to wait for 10 minutes. There was nobody there. The parking lot was empty but they still made me wait. I had to be at a wedding at 4 o’clock, so I was really rushed for time. I requested a recliner for my elderly mother or two separate beds. We got neither. The young man didn’t even know what a recliner was. I had to explain it to him. He said he would call his manager- no follow thru. The continental breakfast was a joke. There were several people waiting in line for a home, Keurig coffee machine! For a whole hotel one home coffee machine yikes the continental breakfast was a joke. I recommend going into Nelsonville to get a hot breakfast. The room was clean. The back patio was nice but looks are very deceiving… This is a teaching hotel at Hocking College they just didn’t know what they were doing. Won’t stay there again. Definitely not worth the price!"
