Hello Brad, I apologize for not responding sooner it seems this review fell in some cracks and I was unable to respond promptly. Obviously for us that's not something that is normally happens here and it was unfortunate that someone hid something like that in one of our bathrooms. In the future if you would allow us to make that up to you, you can show this message to our front desk and we will apply a 25% discount to your stay for the past inconvenience. I appreciate your response and letting us know about your experience over this past weekend. I will have our maintenance team address those bathroom issues you mentioned and I will reiterate to our desk staff their responsibilities in regards to our pool area. It does seem that this weekend there was a group of children that decided to make our other guests pool experiences negative, and we will work to do a better job of dealing with those kinds of rare events.
