"Called at 10 pm to tell them I would be arriving late, after midnight. They told me that they do not have a room for me. I told them I have a booking and they said it didn’t matter and that they’re all booked up. So they left me stranded and had to book a hotel for double the price on a Saturday night. However, they still charged me for my booking. Complete and utter headache and an unhelpful front desk."
