The lady at the frontdesk was not welcoming. It was as if she didnt want to check us in. The tub wouldnt drain fast enoigh, so the water would collect in the tub as you showered. The bed was caved in. The toilet was not clean. Room 239 needs to be refinished. With that being said, it is a lovely hotel. I've stayed here before. The staff was friendly and the room was nice in previous stays.

Breakfast staff was amazing, and helpful and kind. Pool was a lot of fun, sad there is no jacuzzi but sauna did the trick. Also games were fun bonus but needed a cash and we didn’t have cash. Still a great stay overall.

Was much more fancy than other hotels with the same price. Nice employees. Has a pool, sauna, bar, ping pong table and kid play area. Wish the tv had something other than cable. Con of the open concept, specifically the balcony is sometimes you see other people in states of undress, but otherwise the balcony was nice.

The room is very nice pretty clean. Breakfast has very lovely staff and very attentive. Pool is cozy and the sauna is canny after a dip in the pool. Desk staff some are very kind and pleasant and some seem to have attitude. Lots of options for food near here within walking distance. And other options in a short car ride as well as shopping nearby as well. Overall a nice stay.

Hotel and rooms were old and not terribly clean. Example, dirty grout, dirty hallways, gross elevator. The bed was fine and tv options were good. Breakfast was so so. Rarely was the coffee hot. It seemed like the put 6 containers of coffee out the night before or super early as only 1 of the 6 containers would contain hotter than look warm coffee. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. We would not stay again as we have stayed at much nicer 3* hotels.

HJ IN LIMA, OH

Hugh hotel with large atrium. Would be excellent to bring family with kids. Indoor swimming pool in the atrium with lots of activities for children. Great breakfast with the most attentive gentleman minding the patrons and food I have ever had. Room was large with great bed. There were a few common areas that could have been cleaner but we did arrive late in the evening so may have been earlier in the day. Very reasonable price . Overall I would recommend.
