"Beautiful hotel. We stayed in 301 which was on the street side. With No AC and had to keep the windows open the city tram line is right out front which made it noisy at night. Other than that, hotel was beautiful."

We did loose our electricity in our room one night, but staff went out of their way to try to fix it, which was unsuccessful and there were no open rooms. They were able to change our room for the next night. Except for that issue, we would stay again."
