Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service. Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"
