Really cute place, nice sauna in the bathroom, lovely location. Nice log cabins. Kitchens very basic but do the job. Restaurant on site also quite basic and closed early. Would go again though.

Very pleased!

We enjoyed very much the place. The swimming pool was especially appreciated in the warm summer days!!! Nice, clean and perfect temperature! Good breakfast, friendly personal. The cabin was very nice. The only think we missed was either air-conditioning or even a fan, as it got quite warm in the afternoon. Otherwise very pleased with our stay!

Short warming holiday in the winter

A warm welcoming, very nicely located place with delicious breakfast. I will have to come back in the summer time. The apartment had all the facilities you need and sauna. Very nice. The breakfast is really touching as beside the standard continental stuff there is something different, a local thing every morning. Very nice. We enjoyed the place very much, although the indoor pool is small, but for what it is, not bad at all. Recommended.

We stayed at Petnehazy Aparthotel for about a week (2 adults and 1 child) in a Superior Apartment and were generally satisfied with our experience. The apartment isn’t particularly modern, but that didn’t bother us—it actually added to the property's charm. The main downside, however, was the loud bass noise coming from a nearby event venue. On at least three nights during our stay (including weekdays), the music was quite disruptive and continued into the early morning hours. This is important to know, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, remote location—as we were. It was a significant drawback for us. That said, the pool was a clear highlight and a great source of fun for our child.

Having our own private chalet was awesome. Parking was adequate if you had a normal sized vehicle. We had a large van and had a harder time parking. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the sauna. It would have been nice to have a smart tv so that we could have watched tv in English, but we made do. The staff was excellent and the kids enjoyed all the pool facilities. The room was well equipped but was lacking some of what you might expect in terms of pots, a cutting board, a wash cloth, drying towels and enough dishes and silver wear for the number of guests staying in the room but provided extra on request. We would stay there again.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area...the cottages are very nice. They also offer an indoor pool. We were very disappointed with the cleaning service. For cleaning you have to tell the reception every morning, and eventhough this was done every day with the receptionists being very nice and gentle and contacting the cleaning department int front of US, still cleaning wasn't done and the appartament wasn't washed once in a week.I had to go multiple times myself to collect clean towels from the receptionists, not even mentioning the fact that we had to shower int a filthy shower with towels full of soil for 6 entire days. Breakfast was average.Repeated items every day.

House very clean, and well maintained, daily service very nice and professional. The downsides are the lack of air conditioning in the 4-bed cottages. Breakfast modest, usually everything cold even though it is in the heaters which are switched off. Restaurant staff very sad, served sometimes as if it was a punishment. Often resetting cottage cards, during a visit to my cottage another couple were checked in who got cards and entered the cottage. Waiting for dinner when there is a group about 45 minutes. The swimming pool inside quite worn, Medium recommendation.

The room was okay. The room is more suited for families with kids. It clearly had not been updated in many years. The food made me sick. I could not eat my dinner. That being said and I had asked them to take the dinner off my bill. They did not and I got to pay for my dinner that they clearly knew made me sick. It was pretty awful. My mom’s food and my cousin’s food was okay. Not great by any means. So we only stayed there one night and that was too long. I was charged for the one night and my mom got charged for the same night. They did not have any of the services that my Mom thought they had, like a shuttle going to various locations in Budapest. We were out in the middle of nowhere and had to take a $60 cab ride from the train station. We left and stayed at a lovely hotel for nine days in Budapest. I was sad that it was such an awful experience. I really didn’t want to have to switch hotels. I never complain, but this was too much. Sorry.

Since it’s located a bit far from the city center, the area was very quiet and surrounded by nature, which was great for families with children. We arrived early, but the staff at the front desk was very kind and let us check in before the official time, which was very helpful. The room was very quiet, perhaps because it was separated from the neighboring chalet, and the wooden interior created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Although we didn’t use the sauna, the room came with one. However, there were no English instructions, so having English signage would make it easier to use. The room was warm, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, with a good variety of options. It was very comfortable even for families with small children. One downside was that the bathroom would get flooded when taking a shower, so it would be nice if rubber slippers or something similar were provided. Perhaps because it was the off-season, the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

We had an extremely negative experience with this hotel. We arrived in Budapest around 2 a.m. and went straight to the hotel, which is far from the city center. Upon arrival, the receptionist said there was no reservation under my name, Rafael, even though it was active in the Hoteis.com app and we had the voucher. He claimed the reservation was canceled, that the hotel was full, and that nothing could be done, refusing any alternatives or help. We were with our entire family, including my 8-year-old son and my 60-year-old mother-in-law, and were left alone in an unfamiliar city, in the middle of the night, in very cold weather, with all our luggage, without any support from the hotel or Hoteis.com. To secure a stay at another hotel, we faced many troubles and extra costs, totaling around 200 euros, including taxi, meals, and the difference in accommodation, and had to handle everything ourselves. Later, it became clear there was a miscommunication between the hotel and Hoteis.com. The hotel mistakenly interpreted a cancellation inquiry as an actual cancellation, while the reservation was never canceled and remained active in the app. Even after this error, the hotel’s response was terrible, showing no empathy, providing no solutions, and offering no support. L endroit est paradisiaque et les chalets sont confortables le petit déjeuner est correct , on a eu un soucis avec la télécommande qui n était pas disponible dans la chambre et après réclamation chez plusieurs personnes on a pu l avoir jusqu’au troisième jour , veille de notre départ . L hygiène aussi est à revoir , quelques cheveux dans l appartement , les draps et les serviettes étaient terni .
