Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use

This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. Great hotel! Very good variety of foods. Great staff! Always clean, polished and comfortable. Having faster internet and access to my Google mail and drive for the collaborative work I was doing, would have made it so much better.

Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake Hotel
老实说有点失望，可能是旅游景区的酒店缘故。房间并没有很干净，有苍蝇，阳台的门锁是坏的，锁不上。Checkin的时候没有提示是否需要洗漱用品，进出大厅服务员就是看你几眼，没有礼貌性问候。早餐种类还可以，但是服务员又是一种‘金口难开’的态度。 总体来讲，细节还需要提高很多。
