"No management at all on weekends, so if you have complaints they tell you there is no one to help you. This is not hotel level service. No one told us we had to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach, and they were sold out for our entire stay. Also we ran out of towels for shower, and called at 4 pm and they said no clean towels until the next day. Way too expensive for this lack of service. They advertised bike rentals, but it’s from an outside service that you rent on your own. Advertised cots, but again from an outside service that you rent on your own. They advertise pool side bar, but it’s no longer there. "
