"This home is unbelievable! It exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. It's a gorgeous, comfortable home right on the ocean. With the windows open, and the sweet little deck, you can watch and hear the pounding surf and watch the sunset. This was our first time in this area, and we are so very glad we selected Yachats and this home, among the many options along the Oregon Coast."

"This is a modest place with older furnishings, but it is always clean and quiet. I love sneaking away for a few nights with the window open listening to the waves. I also love to walk around the little town of Yachats. It’s got everything you need for a beach get-a-way within walking distance, especially during summers on Sunday mornings at the farmers market! The pool is also clean and warm!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with access to town through a surprising little public walk through the wetlands and a great porch overlooking the ocean. The one-way street really makes this a quiet spot and I enjoyed playing my cello on the porch and the great little reading nook of the kitchen. This is an older building with some really nice design updates and a lot of space. The mirrors upstairs give a really nice ocean view no matter which way you are facing. I guess the showers are really small- I'm not a big guy but I sometimes wonder why nozzles are so low, but that's a small issue/old house sort of thing that didn't hamper our stay at all."

The beds and bedding were extra comfy, the view unbeatable. One of the things we love about Yachats is its walkability and the location of this rental is perfect to get to our favorite places - Bread and Roses Bakery, Yachats Mystic Antiques, and Green Salmon Coffee Company - and of course the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The description was accurate, so if what's described sounds like a good fit for your group, you can't go wrong with this one."
