'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful 1200 square foot site-built single storey home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, fully appointed kitchen, and laundry facilities. A pine sunroom greets you as you walk in the door. A great room to relax and enjoy the sun or sit for quiet contemplation. Sea Breeze has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard with everything you'll need for a great seaside vacation.

The house is located in the heart of Yachats, with beach access just across the street (See photos of beach access) Enjoy beautiful walks along the 804 trail both to the north and south of us. Once on the beautiful sandy beach you can explore the tide pools, hunt for agates, enjoy the majesty of the waves breaking on the shore, or just relax beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

Great Location for Walking Around Town

We had a great stay! Having two bathrooms was nice since we were two couples. Kitchen was easy to navigate and had everything we needed to cook meals. Also like having laundry facilities since walking/hiking in the rain created some seriously muddy clothing! Host was wonderfully attentive to anything we needed. We’d stay again here again.

Over all it was excellent. One small item. The picture showed a Keurig with pods. I ended up buying coffee. The unit was spotless and well maintained.I would go back and recommend it to others!

Great home in Yachats

We came to town for a wedding. This home was in a great location, quiet, and clean with everything we needed. We walked to almost everything. The little backyard was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio each morning. Overall a great play to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. With 2 generously sized bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, the house was perfect for two couples. Basically across the street from the coast path, and a few minutes walk into town - the location is hard to beat.

Get location right in downtown.

Near the beach and downtown. The spot is great, and the home was nice. I stayed with my husband, and my brother and his friend. Nice to have the two bathrooms and comfy bathrooms. Both bedrooms were a nice size.

Family get together

Nice little house, used air mattresses that we brought along for the kids. Enjoyed the area. Kids liked climbing on the beach rocks. It was challenging sitting six around the table, i wish there was a leaf to add to the table for extra room. It was a nice place. On our departure, cleaning up and such, the kitchen faucet came apart- we notified the ower via this website messaging - they said they would get it fixed right away for the next ppl coming. Nice place.

Well it was okay. House could have been cleaner. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Floorboards dirty. Rug needs to be replaced as it was very dirty and worn in spots. Sheets and comforter paper thin. Great location!

Yachats Vacation

We had a great time at this property. Close to the water. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The only draw back for us was that the city itself is a little secluded. But there is a nice little grocery store and some lovely restaurants.
