The picture when booking the Stay was accurate. Although the room was old run down and when you opened the door you smelled musty, old, damp. a de-humidifier should have been in there and running. The owner was rude, yelling and disrespectful. If he treats all guests, this way. NOT good for business. I WOULD not recommend this place. it's unfortunate as the view was the best offer. No maid service, you take out your own trash. The pool was dirty. no amenities

This was an okay property for a couple nights-we spent most of our time away from the resort. It does need some updating or at least the unit we stayed in. It wasn’t super convenient to have to go and ask for things we needed each time-wish the place was stalked with at least some basics. We ran out of toilet paper the first day we were there. Didn’t have much exposure to staff at all but seemed friendly enough at check in.

The rooms were nice and spacious, however, it would be nice if you provide a few bowls, plates, and/or containers to use. Also, there were only 2 lounge chairs on the beach. It would have been much nicer to have more of these accessible to your guests than just the chairs at the patio tables

Staff was very nice and helpful when it came to booking. However, the very outside of my room door had matted hair on the door mat, my sheets had stains, old bottled waters from someone else’s stay was in the fridge & opening the bottom of stove to find pots n pans was filthy:( other than that, nice area. Enjoyed the lake view and private pool they have.

We stayed here on a 2 family vacation with our young kids. We loved the location being right on the water with a good view. The pool was fun and the kids got a quick out of that. We also enjoyed being 10 minutes or less to everything we wanted to go do and explore. Unfortunately, and this speaks to the Panoramic Villa, not the whole resort—but the place itself was a disaster. There was mold in the bathrooms and under the kitchen sink (where the pots were stored.) Our socks and feet were black from the dirty floors so I had to start having the kids wear their shoes inside. And my niece is a baby so she was crawling all over in the grossness…We also had to make several trips to Walmart to get supplies we needed, like a bathtub drain and a pack and play. I’ve never stayed at a hotel or resort that didn’t offer pack and plays, especially at this price point. The grill also needed to be fixed and took about 2 hours for them to finish. Oh also our bedroom door didn’t shut because the floor was uneven and we had no where to plug in our baby monitor or phones (near the bed.) I had to unplug the room light to plug in our sound machine because the outlet wasn’t holding the plug. If you need a place to stay for a lot of people, I wouldn’t recommend this place but you’ll survive. Definitely not family-friendly!
