Questionable cleanliness

Was checking the bed for bugs. Lifted up The mattress and found someone’s government ID (birth certificate and SIN card) which makes me question how often do they change the sheets. Also hardly any water pressure in the shower.

Went for a quick overnight trip. Very convenient having 2 restaurants on location plus close to shopping mall. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy enough.

The property was okay. The hotel is nearby shopping and the airport which is awesome. The only negative was that it was loud - there would be loud noisy people roaming in the hallway and opening/slamming doors loudly. Several times somebody tried to get in my room.

Cold overnight trip.

Room was nice. Check in staff excellent. The young lady driving the shuttle to the airport was amazing. Because of the cold there was some issues and she persevered. A real credit to the hotel.

Room was clean, noisy outside early morning hours, hotel was dated, restaurant for breakfast was dirty, food was terrible. It was fine for night before flight out but definitely would look elsewhere for what we paid.

We upgraded our stay to the king jacuzzi room with kitchenette. Upon our arrival at check in time, the room (315) wasn’t ready, so thankfully we went to the attached restaurant. Then arriving to our room noticed immediately that it was more dated than the photos appear, and the flooring boards was warping from water damage. The jacuzzi was dirty so we did not use it. In the evening we heard the room above ours run their jacuzzi, and then we noticed a dripping sound in our room. There was water pouring into our suite from the ceiling above our jacuzzi!!! Obviously there was a leak that hadn’t been fixed and had leaked before considering the water damage. It took the front desk a while to get us a new room (it was after 10pm at this point) and offered us only a $50 food voucher. At check out they did compensate a bit more after stating our disappointment in our stay. This hotel needs major maintenance, given the amount of other hotels in the area I would suggest avoiding this one. The only bonus was the attached restaurants.
