Great location for events downtown, especially at the arena. No food vending machines, you have to buy (very overpriced) items from the front desk. Parking is secure and covered in a parkade. Staff were friendly and helpful!

The room was beautiful and clean, the employees from check in to check out were all amazing! We went for a concert at the Canada Life Centre and it took us 2 minutes through the hotel parking.

Suite on 29th floor desperately in need of touch up and very minor refresh can make them really nice. Reception has nice people but a little hursh and felt like in a Russian / Ukrainian hotel reception with different culture and not North American customer service experience. Notice stained ceiling which can be a vert cheap fix and also black mold colour in shower area. Took a very quick shower to exit from the shower area as quick as possible. Even the furnitures in the seating area are so old and beat up, can be easily refreshed with touch ups. House keeping people and extremely nice and helpful. Asked when making my room if there is anything else they can do to make my stay more comfortable. Left 2 extra bottles of water as well.

Hotel and parking convenient to area had business meetings. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parkade is showing age. Carpet in hallways are dated and need to address the doors from slamming shut. Very loud if others do not shut their doors gently.

It's an older hotel in center city. Accessible by car is somewhat a challenge. 1 way street and narrow entrance. There is a parking garage at extra cost and it has very narrow and steep driveways. The room was clean and the air fresh. Appreciated the bottles of water. Thanks.
