Our room we booked was disgusting. When we checked in, there was moldy pizza in the bunk bed. There was food wiped on the walls. There was something smeared on the toilet paper. Also the toiletries were not stocked. We spoke to front desk the next morning explaining our disgust. They assured us it would be fully clean. When we came back to the room it still had the moldy pizza in the bed as well as food on the walls. Their way of remedying this was to give us a room upgrade. The new room was a little cleaner at least and had a kitchenette. However the kitchenette was not stocked with enough utensils or dish ware. So much was missing from the room but we were too tired to care to complain anymore by that point.

The staff was incredible. We called hours before check-in wondering if a connected room would be possible and they made it happen. The pool and play space area was clean and an amazing place to take our toddlers. Kudos to the staff in the restaurant. We took the 3 toddlers, 2 infants, and 6 adults in our group out for breakfast. The staff was accommodating, thoughtful, and very good at their jobs, not to mention, all of our meals were fresh and delicious! Will for sure be coming again and again!
