We loved our stay, very comfortable. The cleanliness was great everywhere except the gym, (which wasn't bad, just could have used a wipe down on some of the machines). If you wanted to improve something; a better shower head (maybe a wand), and slippers & robes would be helpful (for purchase even).

Don't use 3rd party booking service book directly

Do not use Hotels dot com or Expedia or any other 3rd party booking as they did not have any room whatsoever for me despite taking my money (paid in full beforehand) for a very specific theme room. I was never contacted and only found out when hotel staff said that Hotelsdotcom/expedia never contacted them to make a booking.If you cannot rely on them to actual make a booking on your part where you are left stranded in another city with small children then you are better off booking directly with any hotel. You were warned!

The hotel room was fine. Clean and comfortable beds. Our room was above the hotel lobby so I could hear the doors opening and closing all day. Also there were lots of kids in the hotel running up and down the hallways and above us as well so it was noisy a lot.

Staff is always amazing at this location. Very safe, lots of security. Only complaint is the beds, the mattresses are on a flat laminated wood with no sides to keep the mattresses in place. So the mattress slides around all over the place, you cant sit up in bed with the pillows propped up behind you because the mattress slides off the base.

Room was very small. Said sleeps 5. We are a family of 5 and it was to small. Used the pool 1 evening then they closed it for the rest of the weekend. So we left it and got a different hotel. The smell in the hallway and rooms were pretty bad. I wont be going back again

This stay sucks!

This is my sixth stay at this hotel this year, and unfortunately, it was the first time we were given a wrong room. We had booked an efficiency room that is supposed to have a bathtub and kitchenette. However, the front desk employee, Blaine, informed me that we had received the correct room. However, upon contacting Hotels.com customer service, I was confirmed that we were indeed supposed to have the kitchenette and bathtub. Nevertheless, Blaine stated that “rooms have different layouts.” Their customer service was contacted, and Hotels.com informed us that the specific room we had booked is no longer available. I am uncertain whether he was deliberately misleading us or simply lacks knowledge of the various room options offered by the hotel. Regardless, this situation is certainly unsatisfactory. On the positive side, the customer service at Hotels.com was excellent.

Really appreciated the amount of security seen walking about the place. Breakfast was nice, waffles and whip cream and syrup, assortment of fresh fruits plus the scrambled eggs & ham & sausage patties. Only reason we chose this hotel was for the included breakfast which was nice. Easy to navigate. Room didn't wreak of chlorine. Pool was smaller than we'd thought, but the kiddie pool area was nice. Not too cold. Jets in the hot-tub weren't very strong when on though. Still appreciated the hot tub though!

Great complimentary breakfast. The gym is small, but still a good size to get a workout in. The pool is fantastic, and the location is just a short drive to St. Vital or Kildonan Mall. Beds are comfy, and the staff are wonderfully friendly! Parking lot does fill up quickly and it is slightly harder to find parking at night.

Unsatisfied, would definitely not stay again.

Very dirty and smelly. A/c stopped in very hot and humid weather. Breakfast was mediocre. Very busy, with lots of unsupervised kids. Pool was closed or full of unsupervised kids. Kids running and noisy in hallways every night until 11pm. Complaining at the desk did nothing.
