Front desk was very accomodating and professional apon checking in. Circumstances changed on very short notice and they provided an alternative within seconds. Room was perfect. All touch points appeared to have been clean and I didnt find one hair. Coffee machine and microwave was also spotless. Hats off to the Hampton team for standing by the term "Service Excelance". We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The reception staff were excellent. The Filipino gentleman who works dawn shift was very caring and attentive, and Gomal made our checkout smooth and hassle-free. When I asked for a late checkout due to our delayed ride, Gomal agreed without hesitation and clearly explained everything. We will definitely book this hotel again. The cleanliness was superb as well.

Clean, comfortable, decent breakfast and very friendly and accommodating staff. The shuttle service is to be commended, the drivers were very accommodating and took us to different restaurants within a 3 k radius. We appreciated not having to walk in the cold ad windy weather. We enjoy going to the Hampton, I quite often choose to stay there. On this particular day we were in room 209 and I thought the air conditioning was on, in January. There was such a cold breeze coming from the air unit. Turned out it was the outside air coming in between the air unit and the window. I used the extra bedding to create a draft barrier and didn’t fuss as we were only there for a short while. I had never experienced this before there (I have at other hotels in the area though) and hoping it is just that particular room.

Enjoyed the pool , but disappointed the hot tub was not working and probably would have chosen a hotel with one that was if it was noted on the site. Otherwise clean quiet and very pleasant staff.

Hot tub broken. That was the only reason I picked this hotel, especially considering others in the area had better rates. If this was communicated before I booked I would probably stay at a Hilton again, but I feel like I’ve wasted my money this trip.
